Jaqueline Fong
Executive Producer 

After having practised investment banking for 18 years over different locations – Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and East Malaysia – Jacqueline made a career shift to focus on entrepreneurship in her home state, Sarawak.

In 2012, she incorporated Tanoti Sdn. Bhd. to assume a Kuching-based workshop of weavers previously funded by the Yayasan Tuanku Nur Zahirah. Tanoti is today an award-winning social enterprise to preserve heritage crafts, empower women and build rural communities. From a community of 11 weavers in 2012, Tanoti today engages with more than 480 artisans residing in 25 rural and remote communities across Sarawak.

Tanoti is recipient of the Sarawak Chief Minister’s Industry Excellence Award 2022 (Silver Prize, Small Business Category) and winner of the Malaysian Tourism Council Award 2022 in Indigenous Crafts and Experiential Tourism.

Jon Smith is a best-selling author of twenty books for adults, teens and children, and his work has been published in seven languages. The librettist and lyricist of four musicals, Monte Cristo, Scary Musical, Naughty Pour Homme and Like Me, his shows have been performed in London’s Park Theatre and Waterloo East Theatre, The Birmingham Hippodrome and The Waterfront Theatre in Belfast.

Jon has a Masters degree in Scriptwriting from Bournemouth University. His first film Beyond the Bridge premiered at the Tokyo Film Festival in 2016. He was Associate Producer on Ikonic Film's feature Kidnap Me (2017) and Producer on Savannah Moon’s The Quarry (2018). He has served on the Executive Council of Writers’ Guild Great Britain. He won Best Screenplay at PAGE International Screenplay Awards for his Cambodia-set feature film script Hidden, and in 2023 he won Best TV Pilot at Shore Scripts for the television drama Monkey Wrench

Leon Parris is a composer, writer, and performer. Leon has crafted a career filled with enchanting works such as The Famous Five, Monte Cristo and Bananaman. His talent for blending compelling narratives with vibrant musical compositions was noticed at a young age, earning him the prestigious Vivian Ellis Prize in 2000 as the youngest ever winner. He has also won the Warner Chappell Award and the Mercury Workshops Award, among others.

His first commissioned musical The Fallen was performed when he was just 17. He has continued to captivate audiences ever since, with pieces like Wolfboy, Epic Musical, Stig of the Dump, Scary Musical, Shakespeare's Secret, Mid-Summer Nightmare, and Naughty Pour Homme, each reflecting his unique style and innovative approach.

An actor on stage and screen, with notable roles in UK TV's Desmond’s and Casualty, Leon was the youngest member of the Royal Academy of Dancing and is also a trained singer.

Ambrose Eng inheriting a videography identity, foresaw a life in the filmmaking and creative industry. An avid fan of films, particularly Dramas, Psychological Thrillers, Political, Fantasy and Sci-fi. He discovered a nurturing community that not only provided invaluable exposure but also served as a platform to translate his narrative vision into captivating films.

A graduate in Performing Arts and Creativity, Ambrose boasts a repertoire of experiences, having authored, performed in, produced, and directed the musical and theatrical production, THE LAST STATION (2021) as his final year project. He co-wrote the short film KUMANG (2023), and was the writer director for the limited series WEDDING STONE (2024) that aired on TV Sarawak. At IAINWITHEYES Studios, he now holds the pivotal role of Coordinator, spearheading Story Development with a keen eye for detail and a relentless pursuit of narrative excellence.

Arabyrd is a dynamic and multifaceted artist known for her versatile contributions to music, fashion and entertainment. A rapper, songwriter, DJ, TV Host and actress, Arabyrd has steadily built a name for herself in the music and fashion scene. Known for her distinctive blend of Hip Hop and Electronic Music, her career took flight in the early 2000s, gaining momentum through signing with Crunchtime Records in Vienna, Austria. During these formative years, Arabyrd hones her craft, collaborating with a range of artists exploring her unique sound that blends various genres having performed alongside Wu Tang Clan, Diplo, Giles Peterson and Al Haca to name a few.

Her rise continued as she became a sought-after DJ, performing across Southeast Asia and making her mark at Paris Fashion Week, where her eclectic style and dynamic performances caught the attention of both the music and fashion worlds. As a member of the iconic DJ collective, Twinkies, Arabyrd played a key role in the group’s touring circuit, bringing high-energy sets worldwide.

In addition to her music career, Arabyrd became a prominent TV personality, hosting shows that combines her passion for entertainment and her diverse skill set. As an actress, she further expanded her reach, showcasing her versatility in a range of roles. Through it all, Arabyrd has remained a trailblazer in the entertainment industry, effortlessly bridging the worlds of music, fashion and television.

Now the Co-founder and Director of Rez Studios, Rahaf is passionate about motion graphics, storytelling, and bringing ideas to life in whichever way or medium that serves the story best. With an unending love for conceptualising, designing, and exploring, she see the creative process as essential to life itself.
